Redrawn Tubing:

Redrawn tubing is an economical alternative to Precision Bore Tubing. It is, also a source of very small diameters not available in machine drawn tubing.

We can provide tubing sizes as small as .010” outside diameter (OD) with a .005” inside diameter (ID) +/-tolerances as low as 0.001 on both I.D. and O.D. 

Solid rod sizes from .078 to .125 OD.

Tubing is available in all standard borosilicate glass and most electronic glasses such as Kimble Certified EN-1,En-3, IN-3, R-6, Schott S-8061, AR-Glass 8340, Duran 8330 & 8430, Pyrex 7740 and OXI-Glass.  These glasses are available in clear, blue and green.  Other colors can be manufactured by special request.

Our process of heating and redrawing tubing is accepted in many engineering applications. Our re-draw tubing is excellent for use in diode cases, diode beads and special sealing beads.
