Lead Glass:

Lead glass is an alkali lead glass used in the lighting industry for it's electrical and work range properties. We stock both GE and Nippon Lead Glasses. 

Uses include the fabrication of precision clinical, industrial, and scientific thermometer tubing, flow restrictors, electrical insulators and other specialty tubing.

• Softening Point (10 ^7.6d Pas) 635 °C

• Expansion Coefficient (300 °C) 92 (X10 ^-7) / °C

• Density 2.85 g/cc
