Glass Droppers: Our glass droppers are manufactured by NSDI and are ISO compliant. We offer a broad range of sizes in 5mm and 7mm diameters in both pharmaceutical and disposable grade glasses. Our glass droppers are ideal for simplistic liquid handling for pharmaceutical, laboratory chemical, cosmetic, aroma therapy and herbal uses. We can custom the length to your requirements as well as decorate each glass dropper with graduations or even your logo. Our tight tolerances in straight tip , bent tip and blunt tip dropper styles can be assembled with caps and bulbs to your specifications.

Pharmaceutical Grade: Our Glass Droppers are manufactured with Type I, Class B borosilicate pharmaceutical grade borosilicate glass. Our glass droppers will withstand temperatures up to 400º F and is resistant to chemical degradation and thermal shock. Borosilicate glass droppers are highly resistant to water, neutral and acids solutions, concentrated acids and acid mixtures including chlorine, bromine, iodine and organic substances. Our droppers will meet and exceed most laboratory demands.

Disposable Grade: General liquid transfers are made easy and clean with our high quality but disposable soda lime Type III glass droppers. Eliminate contamination by low cost disposable dropper, use them once and throw them away. Our low cost disposable droppers eliminate cross contamination and increases speed by eliminating wash steps. Soda lime Type III glass should not be used for products that are to be autoclaved, but can be used in dry heat sterilization.

With either Pharmaceutical of Disposable Grades we offer customized services:

Decorated: We offer silk screen print to include private brand label and/or graduation marks. We use an organic ink* that will not contaminate any product that comes in contact with our glass droppers.

* These lead-free enamels are recommended for decoration of cosmetic and perfume containers and do not contain voluntary additions of heavy metals – Pb, Cd, Hg or CrVI.

Packaging: Our bulk packaging is UPS shippable. Each bulk box is lined with a poly-liner to keep the glass droppers corrugated particulate fee. The poly-liners can be removed from the shipping container and placed in a clear room avoiding corrugated dust from contaminating the environment. Our glass droppers are durable and can be hopper feed into any automatic capping machine.

Upon request, we can package your order with glass droppers aligned parallel for a more disciplined application. You must specify this when ordering.
